What's Happenning at Weaving Works









Winter 2012
Snow Schedule
Due to the treacherous weather, the Weaving Works is rescheduling Beginning Knitting, Understanding Overshot, and Beginning Crochet the week of January 16th. If you are enrolled, you have received a phone call. The Friday spin in for January is also canceled.
Our Winter Class schedule is now available. Classes are in session!
Knitting Repairs
Weaving Works now offers Knitting repair and alteration. Have a project that needs finishing or an old sweater that has a hole? Bring it here!
Open Spinning
Our open spinning evenings will continue on the third Friday each month. This is a time to drop in, spin, compare notes, learn from other spinners, chat and “unwind”. Bring your wheels and/or spindles and join us from 6:30-9pm. There is no charge for all this fun! Please enter by the back door.td>
Knit Night
First and Third Thursdays 6-8pm
Casual knitting and company. Bring your knitting, crochet or spinning coffee, etc and join in.
Weaving Works Woolies
If you need a quick little project, remember that we collect handmade hats, scarves, socks, etc. for the “weaving works woolies” all year long. They go to First Place School and Mary Magdelene House about Thanksgiving.
Private Lessons
Just can’t seem to get a class to fit your schedule? We are offering private lessons to fit your time. They are $30/hour (no partial hours). Give us a call so we can help you.
